Delete Your Account

Last updated: July 20, 2026 · Applies to Poki, published by Poki Games

How to Request Deletion

You can ask us to permanently delete your Poki account and the personal data attached to it at any time. This is a manual, human-reviewed process — follow these steps:

  1. Open the Poki app, go to Profile, and note your Player ID(e.g. "Player-ABC123") - shown under your name and copyable with a tap.
  2. Email jamphel@nomindbhutan.comfrom the address associated with your account (if you signed in with email or Google). If you play as a guest, or don't have access to that email anymore, just include your Player ID instead.
  3. Use the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your Player ID in the message.
  4. We'll verify the request is really yours, and confirm back to you once your account has been deleted - normally within 30 days.

If you have a remaining Chip balance, withdraw it first (Home → Withdraw) - once your account is deleted, we can no longer process a payout for it.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile: display name, avatar/profile photo, gender, and Player ID.
  • Your login credentials: email address and linked Google sign-in, if any.
  • Your social data: friends list, pending friend requests, and private match invites.
  • Your gameplay data: match history, wins/losses/draws, captures, and win streaks.
  • Your Chip balance (see the withdrawal note above before requesting deletion).

What We Keep, and For How Long

Some records can't be deleted immediately because we're legally or practically required to keep them for a limited time:

  • Chip withdrawal records - including the amounts and bank account details you provided - are retained for up to 5 years after your account is deleted, for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, then permanently deleted.
  • Information we're required to keep to comply with a specific legal obligation, or to resolve an active dispute, refund, or fraud investigation involving your account, until that matter is resolved.

Everything else listed under "What Gets Deleted" above is deleted, not retained.

Deleting Only Some of Your Data?

If you'd rather keep playing but have specific personal information removed instead of closing your whole account, see Delete Your Data.
