Terms of Service

Poki (the "Game") is operated by Poki Games, based in Bhutan("we", "us", "our"). You can reach a person at jamphel@nomindbhutan.com or on the WhatsApp number shown in the footer of this site.

By downloading, installing or using the Game, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Game.

The Game is free to play. You are responsible for making sure your use of it is lawful where you live.

One person, one account. Letting someone else use yours, or running several accounts to gain an advantage, is grounds for us suspending them.

You can play as a guest with no personal information at all. A guest account is tied to the device it was created on: if you lose the device or clear the app's data, that account and everything on it is gone, and we have no way to recover it. Sign in with Google or an email address if you want your progress to survive.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. We will never ask you for your password. Anyone who does is not us.

Coins are a virtual in-game balance. They are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a feature of the Game. They are not money, not a deposit, not currency, and they carry no value outside the Game.

You earn Coins by playing and spend them entering matches. Coins cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged with other players.

You agree not to:

• use bots, automation, modified clients, or exploit bugs in the Game;
• collude with other players to move Coins between accounts or to fix the result of a match;
• register multiple accounts to farm sign-up bonuses or giveaways;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, including over voice chat;
• use the Game for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

Where we find any of this, we may reverse the affected Coin movements, and suspend or close the account.

We do our best to keep the Game running but we don't guarantee it will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may adjust Coin prices or match stakes.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the Game or on this site. Carrying on using the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

You can delete your account at any time. See Delete Account. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining Coin balance.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. Where we do so for fraud or abuse, we may withhold the Coin balance connected to it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost Coins or lost progress on a guest account, or for problems caused by your device or your network. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
