Delete Your Data

Last updated: July 20, 2026 · Applies to Poki, published by Poki Games

How to Request Deletion

Most of the personal data Pokiholds - your profile, Chip balance, match history - only exists because it's tied to your one account, so a full data-deletion request is usually fulfilled by deleting the account itself (see Delete Your Account). If instead you want to keep playing but have specific personal information removed, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Poki app, go to Profile, and note your Player ID(e.g. "Player-ABC123").
  2. Email jamphel@nomindbhutan.comwith the subject line "Delete My Data", your Player ID, and which specific data you'd like removed (for example: your profile photo, display name, or gender).
  3. We'll confirm exactly what will be removed and process it - normally within 30 days - without closing your account or affecting your Chip balance, match history, or friends.

What Can Be Deleted This Way

  • Your uploaded avatar/profile photo - removed and reset to a generated default.
  • Your display name - reset to a generated placeholder.
  • Your gender field - cleared.
  • Your friends list, individual friend connections, or pending friend requests - removed.

What Can't Be Removed Without Deleting Your Account

Your email address, Chip balance, wallet transaction history, and match statistics are fundamental to how your account works and can't be selectively deleted while keeping the account active - to remove those, request full account deletion instead.

What We Keep, and For How Long

Records of past Chip withdrawals - including the bank details you provided - are kept for up to 5 years for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, then permanently deleted. This applies whether you delete specific data or your whole account.
